Frequently Asked Questions
If I convert JPG to PNG, will it gain transparency?
No. JPG files never had transparency data to begin with, so converting to PNG just gives you a PNG with a solid background — it won't magically remove the background.
Why would I convert to WebP?
WebP typically produces smaller files than JPG or PNG at equivalent visual quality, which means faster-loading websites. Nearly all modern browsers support it.
Will I lose image quality?
